Website inquiries and demo requests
When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you enter (such as name, company, email, phone and message) and use them only to respond to you and arrange the demo. If you click the WhatsApp button, we record an anonymous count of the click and the page it came from — no personal data.
Recruitment privacy notice
When you apply for a position, AnnCore processes your personal data for recruitment purposes only — to assess your application, contact you and, if relevant, arrange interviews.
What we collect
- Identity: full name and Egyptian National ID, from which birth date, birth governorate and gender are derived.
- Contact details: email, mobile, alternative phone, address and LinkedIn (if provided).
- Education, registration, experience, skills and salary information you choose to provide.
- Your CV, any requested documents and your cover letter.
- Your consent to this notice, with the date and time it was given.
Why we use your National ID
Your National ID verifies your identity and applies our repeat-application rule (one application within the published waiting period). It is stored encrypted and is visible only to authorized recruitment staff.
Who can access it
Only authorized AnnCore staff involved in recruitment, through a password-protected administration portal. Documents are never published as public links. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as needed for recruitment and our retention policy, after which the application and its documents are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your application, or withdraw it, by contacting us and quoting your application reference number.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. The administration portal uses one essential session cookie for signed-in staff.
How we protect data
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, documents are validated and stored privately, access is restricted to authorized staff and administrative access is logged. See our Security page.
